Skill Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Program Duration: 8-week sessions, year-round availability with seasonal camps and clinics
Winter: November 1st-February 28th

Age Groups and Skill Levels

Lil Grapplers (Ages 5–7): Introduction to basic wrestling movements and body control.

Junior Wrestlers (Ages 8–12): Emphasis on technique and conditioning, with scrimmage opportunities.

Varsity Prep (Ages 13–17): Advanced techniques, in-depth strategy, and competition training.
Weekly Schedule

Training Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Session Length: 1-hour sessions for ages 5–7, 1.5-hour sessions for ages 8–12, 2-hour sessions for ages 13–17.
